All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
3. International Shipping Policy
We ship to many countries worldwide. Please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for all customs and import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your country’s customs office. Please check your country’s regulations regarding the import of tobacco products before placing an order.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
